Client Partner – Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the account strategy, execution for growth, and overall P&L management.

• Discover new business prospects within the existing client portfolio.

• Present Blend360’s services and capabilities to secure successful deals.

• Develop proposals and Statements of Work (SOW).

• Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum value for clients.

• Maintain the pipeline, which includes leads, opportunities, notes, and activities, promptly.

• Guarantee overall client satisfaction.

• Assist in connecting the right Blend360 talent, skills, and offerings to client decision-makers.

• Act as a strategic advisor on AI and transformation for client stakeholders.

• Shape and direct AI strategy, data modernization, and technology-enabled business transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal Blend360 practice and capability leaders to ensure a unified approach to client engagements.

• Ensure excellence in delivery and the health of long-term relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience and a proven track record in client management or business development within the data-driven marketing, analytics, or data services sector.

• Extensive knowledge of AI strategy and digital transformation.

• Experience providing counsel to executives on AI adoption, data modernization, or technology-enabled business change is highly preferred.

• Relevant experience in various manufacturing environments is advantageous.

• Client-side experience in any relevant industry is considered favorable.

• Ability to collaborate with Capability and Practice Leaders to identify and secure new business opportunities.

• A strong desire to influence client outcomes through data, analytics, AI, and technology.

• Established executive leadership experience.

• Capability to influence and align client C-suite and senior stakeholders, as well as internal Blend360 leaders, around long-term client goals.

• A strong history of guiding clients through complex transformations is highly regarded.
