This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Formulate and oversee strategies for a high-revenue, intricate client portfolio.
• Establish trusted relationships with internal teams, customer stakeholders, brokers, and third-party entities.
• Collaborate with Solutions Delivery following a sale to facilitate the transition of clients from Implementation to Service.
• Champion business readiness and advocate for client success.
• Work across departments to enhance product, service, and delivery outcomes.
• Advise clients on best practices to boost product adoption, utilization, and overall solution value.
• Manage account health strategies and proactively assess client retention risks.
• Create and implement success plans to address issues and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and lead Quarterly and Annual Client Business Reviews.
• Customize value-driven communication to align with client goals and outcomes.
• Update clients regarding legislation impacting disability, workers' compensation, and FMLA management.
• Commit to continuous improvement and serve as a change agent.
• Travel to internal meetings, client engagements, and industry conferences as necessary.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct Client/Broker Relationship management experience or an equivalent advanced degree.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and issue resolution skills with C-Suite Executives and key Client/Broker contacts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Experience in managing pricing and financial models.
• Capability to collaborate with the Sales/Commercial Team to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Proven experience in leading client engagement strategies aimed at client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
• Background in HR services, business management, disability/absence, and healthcare.
• Must successfully complete a background check if employment is offered.
• Authorization to work in the United States that does not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship.
