This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Take ownership of strategy, management, and retention for a complex client portfolio that generates high revenue.
• Build trusted relationships with internal teams, client stakeholders, brokers, and broker consultants.
• Collaborate with Solutions Delivery post-sale to facilitate the transition of clients from Implementation to Service.
• Champion business readiness and client success initiatives.
• Persuade, motivate, and inspire stakeholders towards achieving desired outcomes.
• Work collaboratively across functions to enhance product, service, and delivery results.
• Advise clients on best practices to boost product adoption and usage.
• Manage Account Health strategy for designated accounts.
• Monitor and identify potential risks to client retention.
• Develop and implement success plans to address issues and reduce risks.
• Prepare and lead Quarterly and Annual Client Business Reviews.
• Customize client-focused content and align value messaging with the goals and outcomes of clients.
• Update clients on legislative changes impacting disability, workers compensation, and FMLA management.
• Commit to continuous improvement and serve as a change agent.
• Travel to internal meetings, client engagements, and industry conferences as necessary.
• A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in Client/Broker Relationship management or an equivalent advanced degree.
• Exceptional skills in communication, relationship building, negotiation, and issue resolution with C-Suite Executives and key Client/Broker contacts.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to convert data into actionable insights.
• Experience in managing pricing and financial models.
• Capability to collaborate with the Sales/Commercial Team to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Proven experience in leading innovative and effective client engagement strategies aimed at client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Background in HR services, business management, disability/absence, and healthcare.
• Successful completion of necessary background checks, which may include identity, education, employment, criminal, sanctions/watch-list, credit, and/or drug testing checks.
• Eligibility to work in the employing country without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
• Ability to participate in virtual interviews via video.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to physical office locations as needed.
