
Senior Manager, China eCommerce Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete relationship and operational framework for our new customer based in China, while also aiding broader cross-border eCommerce initiatives and identifying business growth opportunities.
• Serve as the main cross-functional program leader, collaborating with marketing, business development, customer success, onboarding, operations, and product teams.
• Create and uphold the operational playbook for this business, which includes relationship schedules, governance structures, escalation procedures, communication pathways, and internal accountability.
• Collaborate directly with various partner roles (Leadership, Ops, day-to-day operations, etc.) in China to promote alignment, resolve challenges, and enhance collaboration.
• Detect and address process gaps across teams to enhance execution, visibility, and customer results.
• Convert customer and partner requirements into clear internal priorities and work with product teams for roadmap alignment.
• Develop scalable workflows and frameworks to accommodate additional cross-border customers as the business expands.
• Guide the resolution of critical issues and act as the central coordination point for escalations.
• Ensure that key stakeholders are kept informed, aligned, and progressing towards shared objectives.
• Assist in strategic planning and operational preparedness for growth within the China eCommerce landscape.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management, project management, customer success, business operations, or related cross-functional leadership roles.
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English, with the capability to operate effectively in both languages in professional contexts.
• Extensive experience in China eCommerce, cross-border commerce, or similar digital marketplace environments.
• Proven track record of working directly with partners, customers, or platform teams based in China.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong skills in executive communication, relationship management, and aligning stakeholders.
• Ability to establish structure, define processes, and create scalable operating models in uncertain environments.
• Excellent judgment, ownership, and follow-through capabilities.
• Flexible schedule, with the capacity to support business requirements across both China and U.S. time zones as necessary.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including periodic trips to China, based on business needs and partner obligations.
