This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the overall performance of partner ecommerce websites within the designated portfolio.
• Regularly meet with partners to manage the overall relationship and address ad hoc requests.
• Leverage analytics expertise to influence purchasing, stock management, and merchandising decisions.
• Continuously enhance the customer journey and optimize conversion rates on partner websites by closely collaborating with design and development teams.
• Drive revenue growth through careful management of products, categories, and campaigns across partner websites.
• Act as the internal advocate for the partner; ensure brand integrity is understood and maintained.
• Guide product stakeholders in creating accurate and compelling photography and copy for each product to maximize conversion rates.
• Ensure that website layout and content are consistent, adhere to the brand and style guidelines of our Partners/Clubs/Events, and align with industry best practices.
• Obtain necessary approvals both internally and from relevant partners.
• Manage relationships with third-party application providers to ensure effective utilization of tools tailored to partner websites.
• Monitor website performance and report findings through the development and refinement of KPIs.
• Manage website optimization strategies, audience targeting, and execution of online use cases.
• Assist the performance marketing team with initiatives such as PPC, SEO, Display, Affiliates, and push notifications; ensure campaigns are developed and executed in alignment with partner objectives.
• Validate the testing of new changes prior to live implementation.
• Support the VP of International Ecommerce in establishing the roadmap and delivering new features on ecommerce websites, as well as creating strategies to drive and convert traffic to maximize revenue against commercial targets.
• Challenge the status quo by guiding the evaluation and adoption of new ecommerce technologies and enhancements; experience with headless ecommerce is a plus.
• Maintain strong market knowledge of competitors and trends to influence the delivery of the best and most profitable offerings on the websites.
• Lead change and adapt service offerings to meet the evolving needs of our partners; familiarity with sports is a plus.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Senior Ecommerce Trading Director.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience operating one or more retail ecommerce websites, preferably in sports, entertainment, or a similar industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Proven ability to lead product and merchandising decision-making and optimize the customer user journey.
• Demonstrated understanding of analytics, shopping cart platforms, and industry-standard e-commerce tools.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and lead content and marketing decisions by showcasing their impact on the bottom line.
• Familiarity with website management and UX software and processes.
• Excellent influencing skills to support the needs of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Proficient in UX methodology and practices.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be available for occasional extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require, and work in a team environment with internal and external stakeholders across various international platforms and countries; travel may be required up to 10%.
