• Subject Matter Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Slots and Table Games KPIs (Win/Drop/Hold, Coin-In, Theo, and RTP).

• Optimization Mastery: Demonstrated success in labor scheduling, floor placement, and yield management.

• Analytics: Skilled in converting data into narratives using Excel and BI tools (Tableau, SAS, etc.).

• Compliance: Must meet eligibility requirements for international gaming licensure.
