📋 Description

• The Senior Manager, Capture Strategy & Analysis at Aetna plays a pivotal role in managing the capture (proposal readiness) and research strategy for the proposal lifecycle by performing advanced competitive analyses across all Medicaid markets.

• In this individual contributor position, you will operate with considerable autonomy, leading thorough market, customer, and competitor research to guide capture planning and proposal development—significantly impacting win probability and the long-term support of Medicaid growth initiatives.

• This position is esteemed as a subject matter expert in Medicaid capture strategy, functioning with substantial independence and shaping outcomes across various pursuits and market cycles.

• The role collaborates closely with Capture Directors, the Capture team, Proposal Development, Business Development, and cross-functional stakeholders to formulate capture plans that bolster proposal solutions, improve proposal quality, and enhance Aetna’s competitive stance.

• Additionally, the Senior Manager is responsible for spearheading the establishment and upkeep of a formal governance framework to systematically review, catalog, and analyze competitor proposals, scoring data, and market trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Medicaid Managed Care, competitive intelligence, market research, capture strategy, or related fields.

• Proven capability to deliver strategic recommendations that affect capture outcomes and competitive positioning.

• Experience in supporting capture or proposal initiatives for Medicaid procurements.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities; advanced skills in PowerPoint.

• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities in dynamic environments.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
