Capture Manager – DHA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist and oversee the complete lifecycle of capture activities for designated opportunities.

• Implement capture strategies for pre-qualified pursuits, ensuring alignment with winning strategies and client priorities.

• Perform customer research, opportunity analysis, and competitor evaluations to enhance positioning.

• Organize internal gate reviews and confirm that capture documentation is thorough and actionable.

• Work together with solution, pricing, and proposal teams to create compliant and persuasive responses.

• Aid in developing teaming strategies, coordinating partners, and engaging subcontractors.

• Support pricing inputs, win themes, and the development of value propositions.

• Maintain disciplined documentation and reporting throughout the capture lifecycle.

• Participate in various projects and initiatives as assigned, showcasing adaptability and a collaborative attitude.

• Contribute to team goals and take on additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in capture management or federal capture support.

• Experience in full lifecycle capture activities for federal opportunities within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

• Familiarity with the federal acquisition lifecycle, IDIQs, GWACs, and task order competitions.

• Experience in capture gate reviews and color team processes.

• Knowledge of federal health IT areas such as application modernization, cloud migration, data analytics, or interoperability.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication capabilities.

• Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM), GovWin, SAM.gov, and Microsoft Office applications.
