Capture Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee bid strategies, pricing, teaming, proposal strategies, and the transition from opportunity to award.

• Ensure appropriate prioritization, funding, and team structure for pursuits.

• Provide market insights to aid in the development of pursuit strategies.

• Support legal, risk, and contract review processes.

• Lead the Readiness to Win process along with executive reviews.

• Develop and manage capture planning as well as opportunity analysis.

• Drive proposal themes, messaging, differentiation, and innovation.

• Assist in proposal pricing based on scope and required skills.

• Act as a customer advocate and provide insights reflecting the voice of the customer.

• Identify and coordinate teaming and subcontracting arrangements.

• Establish go/no-go and review gates, including pink, red, and green reviews.

• Develop and maintain price-to-win analyses.

• Plan execution with milestones and report on progress.

• Collaborate with technical and account teams to create competitive proposals.

• Partner with marketing on proposals and branding materials.

• Support strategic planning efforts alongside the Sales Director.

• Lead the lessons learned and client feedback processes.

• Maintain accurate opportunity data within CRM (Salesforce).

⛳️ Requirements

• BS/BA in engineering, environmental science, soil science, geology, or a related earth science field, combined with 10 years of relevant experience or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years in a leadership role.

• US citizenship is mandatory.

• The candidate must reside within the mainland USA territory.
