This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily operations across relevant functional areas, ensuring smooth delivery throughout the entire client lifecycle — from initial pilot scoping to implementation, renewal, and continuous engagement.
• Take ownership of pricing and utilization management analytics, employing financial and analytical expertise to create deals that align client needs with Papa's commercial goals.
• Lead the client implementation processes from start to finish, ensuring cross-functional accountability across CS, Ops, Product, and Engineering to achieve milestones and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage the cross-functional issue log, prioritizing and resolving intricate, systemic client escalations and operational challenges in collaboration with Product, IT, Operations, Sales, and Data teams.
• Act as a workstream leader on significant company-wide initiatives, driving execution from scoping to delivery with clear responsibility and stakeholder alignment.
• Supervise and develop 1-2 direct reports, offering clear guidance, constructive feedback, and opportunities for professional growth.
• Identify and address operational gaps across relevant functional areas, implementing effective processes and tools to enhance performance and scalability.
• 5-8 years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, management consulting, or similar in-house strategy/operations roles.
• Proven capability to work with financial models, pricing frameworks, or client-level profit and loss analysis; comfortable managing commercially sensitive requests that demand analytical accuracy.
• Established track record of driving complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams to successful completion with minimal oversight, including close collaboration with client-facing teams (Client Success, Account Management, or Implementation).
• Experience in managing direct reports, with a history of developing team members and sustaining high performance in a dynamic environment.
• Strong skills in process design and project management applied to intricate, multi-stakeholder implementations or operational workflows.
• A proactive approach to multitasking and a keen eye for detail, with a high tolerance for diagnosing and resolving complicated, high-stakes processes.
• Exceptional communication and analytical abilities, with the capacity to simplify complex data and strategies into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Self-sufficient in seeking information, resolving conceptual challenges, aligning resources, and achieving results in demanding situations.
