Business Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee patient referrals and ensure accurate documentation of patient records

• Handle incoming patient inquiries and manage scheduling adjustments

• Act as the primary support for the internal helpdesk

• Assist with daily operations of the virtual clinic and support billing activities

• Ensure data integrity across electronic medical records (EMRs), tracking systems, and internal applications

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, administrative support, customer service, or roles related to healthcare

• Excellent organizational abilities

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changes

• Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage
