This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Develop and implement the Business Development strategy for data, analytics, and AI.
• Spearhead cross-functional initiatives for digital transformation, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Create strategic roadmaps for enterprise data, analytics, knowledge management, and AI capabilities.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a multidisciplinary team of professionals in data, analytics, automation, and business.
• Set priorities, performance expectations, and career development plans for team members.
• Engage in enterprise data governance, quality, lifecycle, and metadata management on behalf of Business Development.
• Develop trusted, reusable data products and knowledge assets that enhance analytics, automation, and AI.
• Create AI-ready data architecture, governance, and enterprise use cases.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to prioritize and implement advanced solutions.
• Supervise enterprise reporting, dashboards, forecasting, and advanced analytics for executive decision-making.
• Enhance self-service analytics and increase data accessibility.
• Advocate for automation and the modernization of processes.
• Provide guidance to executive leadership on enterprise data, analytics, and AI initiatives.
• Foster partnerships across Business Development, Digital Transformation, IT, Finance, and Corporate Functions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Over 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in data, analytics, business intelligence, digital transformation, or enterprise technology.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience leading high-performing technical and analytical teams.
• Proven success in developing enterprise data strategies and executing large-scale transformational initiatives.
• Experience in implementing data governance, data quality, metadata management, and lifecycle management practices.
• Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Capability to collaborate with Business Development, Digital Transformation, Information Technology, Finance, and senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 10% of the time.
