This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
β’ Implement the European social and creator content calendar, transforming global brand strategies into impactful posts, campaigns, and collaborations across social media platforms.
β’ Oversee a diverse portfolio of creator and influencer relationships (both English and Non-English) throughout Europe, managing outreach, briefing, contracting logistics, and performance assessment.
β’ Assist in brand and social campaigns on owned channels, ensuring the consistency of tone, visual identity, and messaging across various markets and languages.
β’ Develop and coordinate engaging brand-driven social content β from timeless posts to real-time cultural engagements β customized for European audiences.
β’ Supervise daily operations for junior team members or freelancers/agencies, guaranteeing quality standards and deadlines are adhered to.
β’ Collaborate across functions with brand, legal, compliance, and regional marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and market appropriateness.
β’ Monitor and report on social engagement and creator program effectiveness, providing insights to guide future content initiatives.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand, social media, or creator marketing, preferably with a background in crypto, fintech, or a rapidly evolving consumer tech sector.
β’ Knowledge of the European social and creator landscape, including regional platform idiosyncrasies across major EU markets.
β’ Experience in hosting Livestreams and managing on-the-ground community events.
β’ Proven hands-on experience in managing creator/influencer relationships, from outreach to reporting and tracking.
β’ Demonstrated experience in enhancing and managing brand presence across platforms such as X, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, and LinkedIn.
β’ Working knowledge of crypto, the Web3 landscape, and internet culture.
β’ Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with a comfort level in coordinating between teams and stakeholders.
β’ Ability to switch contexts and handle multiple projects concurrently with ease.
β’ Emotionally intelligent, possessing a keen sense of brand tone and cultural awareness.
β’ Proficient in utilizing performance data to guide content and campaign strategies.
