This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the creation of campaign plans and implement activation elements for MAW national drive periods.
• This includes aiding in the development of activation materials and planning content such as chapter toolkits, as well as executing campaign activation elements including media (paid, PSA, and in-kind) and events.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure alignment on business objectives, revenue targets, required assets, celebrity/influencer requests, prioritization, and other pertinent campaign needs.
• Integrate campaign priorities with stakeholder objectives and requirements to produce alignment documents and creative brief recommendations for the Director of Campaigns.
• Convert campaign objectives and direction into strategies for social media, earned media, and entertainment marketing activation recommendations (for the Director of Campaigns and/or Social Media/PR/ESR leaders), while supporting the planning process.
• Partner with internal and external creative resources to develop and deliver creative materials, including campaign storytelling content, paid/in-kind advertising, and PSAs.
• Coordinate with Corporate Alliances on partner deliverables across MAW-owned channels, ensuring clear communication with the appropriate channel managers.
• Resolve conflicts that arise in campaign prioritization and propose solutions, escalating issues as necessary for resolution.
• Work alongside project management, creative services, and communications teams to ensure key deadlines are met and to enhance the planning and development process.
• Conduct regular campaign reviews with stakeholders to evaluate effectiveness and optimize campaign resources and assets.
• Gather performance data, revenue results, anecdotal feedback, etc., to conduct thorough and actionable activity evaluations and reporting, such as post-campaign debriefs or PSA performance tracking.
• Oversee the process of collecting and incorporating chapter feedback on campaign resources and assets.
• Collaborate with and support the Director in budgeting and billing, RFPs, and agency/vendor management.
• Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or public relations (nonprofit, corporate, or agency), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of marketing experience in a nonprofit environment, or equivalent experience managing a nonprofit partnership in a brand/agency context is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams to execute projects.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and dynamic environment.
• Strong proficiency in computer skills is required, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in partnership marketing is a plus.
