This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and manage the creation of global campaigns and assets, including toolkits, with a focus on concept development and adaptation for multi-regional application.
• Lead the establishment of global brand positioning and messaging frameworks, ensuring consistency while facilitating effective local market adaptation.
• Assist in strategic planning for Go-To-Market initiatives, collaborating closely with product and partner teams, competitive intelligence, business development, medical, clinical, and regional teams.
• Design plans for data and evidence generation to support GTM strategies, working in partnership with clinical, market access, legal, regulatory, and other relevant functions.
• Create persuasive and competitive claims, including the necessary testing and approval processes.
• Ensure the integrity and guardrails of the brand are upheld, acting as the gatekeeper while collaborating with regional teams to enable robust local execution.
• Collaborate with global and regional market research teams to design and conduct studies that enhance understanding of purchase and retention drivers.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to gain insights into the competitive landscape, market dynamics, opportunities, and risks for the product line across various continents.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for assigned initiatives, ensuring excellence in execution and timely completion.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, or marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in international markets (Canada, EMEA, or APAC);
• Comprehensive marketing experience, including product definition, positioning, and branding.
• Experience with product launches is essential.
• Demonstrated success in leading creative campaign development (briefing, concept evaluation, creative direction, production oversight) and enhancing brand expression across various channels.
• Strong analytical abilities and a KPI-driven approach, with a proven history of delivering measurable results through previous projects.
• Excellent presentation skills, both written and oral.
• Must be adept at leading projects in collaboration with 5 to 10 teams in high-pressure international environments.
