This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with creative, media, and production teams to develop brand strategies and recommend creative campaigns for clients.
• Prepare planning documents that guarantee high-quality, strategically sound creative outputs, such as project proposals, strategy briefs, and creative briefs.
• Provide strategic insights and partner with creative and production teams to implement comprehensive creative campaign materials, including TV/video, digital, social, or radio advertisements; websites; and event activations.
• Work alongside the media/ads management team to analyze campaign performance and offer optimization suggestions for clients.
• Stay updated on clients' businesses and industries to maintain a current knowledge base and keep the team informed about new and ongoing developments.
• Prior full-time or internship experience in a multi-client agency focused on brand management, creative strategy, or a comparable role.
• Experience using Excel or Google Sheets to track campaigns or creative projects.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in storytelling and creative conceptualization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Initiative-driven; self-motivated and proactive.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management best practices, including project management software or methodologies.
• Experience engaging with complex stakeholder audiences such as policymakers, investors, or media.
• Preferred, but not mandatory:
• Experience in creating graphics and data visualizations.
• Background in data management.
• Demonstrated project management experience with creative or production agencies.
• Experience working on creative projects within complex or heavily regulated industries such as Technology, Financial Services, Energy, Healthcare, etc.
