This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist the Director of Brand Marketing in implementing Kapitus' strategy for online reputation management.
β’ Oversee and respond to reviews on platforms such as Trustpilot, Google Business Profile, BBB, and others that are pertinent.
β’ Organize initiatives aimed at generating reviews to enhance review volume and elevate customer ratings.
β’ Aid in recognizing and resolving customer issues that emerge from reviews and feedback.
β’ Monitor and evaluate customer sentiment, recurring challenges, and trends in positive feedback.
β’ Compile regular reports and insights regarding customer reviews, ratings, and overall reputation performance.
β’ Support customer advocacy efforts, including gathering testimonials, developing case studies, and showcasing customers.
β’ Act as the primary project manager for the development of brand assets on a day-to-day basis.
β’ Collaborate with external creative agencies and internal teams to create a variety of brand materials.
β’ Oversee project timelines, approvals, revisions, and production schedules.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may also be acceptable.
β’ More than 5 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, public relations, customer marketing, content marketing, or a similar field.
β’ Outstanding project management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
β’ Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities, with a knack for cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with clients, partners, industry contacts, and colleagues.
β’ The ability to engage with individuals on both personal and professional levels.
β’ Competitive Base Salary Range of $68,700 to $110,200. Kapitus is providing this as a good faith salary range to comply with applicable law.
β’ Annual Incentive Compensation Eligibility β Up to 10% annually.
