Senior Manager, BizOps & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Become a part of the central BizOps & Analytics team, integrating within a key business domain: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.

• Take ownership of the analytical responsibilities for the designated business unit from start to finish.

• Identify the business questions that analyses should address and the decisions they should guide.

• Establish metrics, create reports, conduct analyses, and design experiments.

• Extract data insights that enhance vital business metrics.

• Provide recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations teams.

• Clarify the current situation, the reasons behind it, and the appropriate actions to take next.

• Lead initiatives and drive execution towards measurable results.

• Assist Jerry.ai in expanding its application for managing cars, homes, and other physical assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a rapidly growing technology company.

• Exceptional analytical abilities.

• Proficient in independently extracting, structuring, and interpreting data.

• Proven history of tackling ambiguous challenges and achieving impactful results.

• Strong, persuasive communication skills.

• Capability to influence decisions at the executive level.

• Proficient in Excel, SQL, or Python.

• Experience with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.

• Must currently reside in one of the approved hiring locations: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.
