Senior Manager, Benefits

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee employee benefit programs, including enrollment processes, life events, and ongoing eligibility modifications.

• Address employee questions regarding benefits policies, programs, and procedures.

• Execute benefits-related transactions within HR systems.

• Collaborate with external benefits vendors and internal HR colleagues to resolve issues and exceptions.

• Assist with open enrollment activities, communications, system readiness, and resolution of issues.

• Track benefit cases and requests using ticket or case management tools.

• Keep documentation and knowledge articles updated pertaining to benefits processes.

• Recognize recurring issues or trends and provide insights to facilitate process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a Human Resources, benefits, or total rewards-related position.

• Practical experience in administering employee benefits or managing benefits-related transactions.

• Familiarity with HR systems or case management tools for handling employee requests.

• Capability to interpret and implement benefits policies, procedures, and eligibility criteria.

• Exceptional attention to detail when managing employee data and benefit records.

• Competence in handling confidential employee information in a compliant and professional manner.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Experience in supporting open enrollment or large-scale benefits communications is preferred.

• Familiarity with working directly with external benefits providers or brokers is preferred.

• Basic understanding of payroll or HR services is preferred.
