
Senior Manager, Audit Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with current audit partners spanning all Vanta customer segments, from SMB to enterprise.
• Broaden the audit partner network by identifying and onboarding new firms, mitigating concentration risk, and capturing demand from larger audit firms not yet included in the network.
• Oversee and develop a team of 6 APMs (4 based in the US, 1 in EMEA, and 1 in APAC on a dotted line), including performance management as necessary.
• Continue to evolve the APM team into strategic partners for Auditors, including refining external communications and Monthly Business Reviews.
• Spearhead international expansion initiatives for the audit partner network.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with segment go-to-market, partner operations, and Partnerships leadership to ensure alignment of partner strategy with business objectives.
• Create team operating rhythms, quality processes, and partner health frameworks that are scalable.
• Experience in the audit ecosystem — prior auditor experience (Big 4 or mid-market) is highly preferred.
• Over 8 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in people management roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and expand external partner or client relationships on a large scale.
• Strong intuition for balancing technical audit proficiency with business development strategies.
• Experience in managing performance across a distributed and geographically diverse team.
• Proven track record of building or scaling a partner or channel network, minimizing risk through diversification, or leading quality programs in an external-facing role.
• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and establishing structure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Preferred: experience with international expansion or managing partners across various geographies.
