• Manage a team of Growth Specialists dedicated to partner support within Zillow Preferred.
• Implement an AI-driven strategy for partner support operations.
• Assist in refining the approach to create a scalable support framework.
• Lead and nurture a team, establishing high standards for accountability.
• Develop and maintain an operating system that promotes scalability.
• Facilitate partner success and growth through team efforts.
• Collaborate across functions to enhance AI quality and improve partner experience.
• Over 7 years of pertinent leadership experience in customer success, partner operations, support strategy, account management, service operations, or a related domain.
• Proven experience in leading high-performing frontline teams; experience in managing leaders or scaled frontline organizations is preferred.
• Excellent strategic thinker capable of aligning customer needs with operational design and business outcomes.
• Proficient in AI-enabled workflows and adept at applying human judgment effectively.
• Strong systems thinker with the ability to design operational mechanisms and leverage data for performance enhancement.
• Possess executive presence and the capability to influence senior internal stakeholders and partner leaders in complex scenarios.
