📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations and provide strategic direction for the Amazon channel at Jellycat North America.

• Create the Amazon roadmap, annual operating plan, P&L objectives, and an integrated omnichannel model.

• Enhance product assortment and launch timelines through data analysis.

• Develop and sustain the eCommerce Lifetime Value (LTV) model.

• Manage the Amazon Profit & Loss (P&L), revenue oversight, FBA fee tracking, advertising return on investment (ROI), and contribution margin reports.

• Lead the selection of the Amazon agency and present final recommendations to the Director of eCommerce.

• Supervise the chosen Amazon agency and direct its strategic initiatives.

• Establish comprehensive advertising strategies across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Demand-Side Platform (DSP), and Streaming TV.

• Own the weekly and monthly Amazon performance dashboards.

• Utilize Amazon Brand Analytics, AMC, and Seller Central data to discover trends, threats, audience behaviors, and product discrepancies.

• Track FBA inventory health and proactively address stockout or fee-related risks.

• Propel Amazon-related projects across Operations, IT, Finance, and Brand departments.

• Report directly to the Director of eCommerce for North America.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience with Amazon.

• At least 3 years in a role where you owned or co-owned a brand’s Amazon Seller Central 3P business with an annual revenue of $10M or more.

• Must be located in Minneapolis, MN, New York, NY, or be remotely based in the Eastern Time Zone of the United States.

• Experience in transitioning a distributor to an in-house Seller Central for a branded consumer goods company.

• Proficient in handling buy box loss, ranking recovery, and ASIN migration strategies.

• Experienced with premium brands leveraging Amazon for brand development and customer acquisition.

• Expertise in Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP campaign frameworks.

• Familiarity with Amazon Marketing Cloud for generating business insights.

• Proven ability to lead IT, Operations, and Finance tasks as a business owner.

• Experience managing Amazon agencies.

• Proficient in Excel for P&L modeling, contribution margin analysis, and LTV calculations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Capability to work extended periods sitting at a desk and using a computer.
