Senior Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary expert for the team on property and casualty insurance.

• Evaluate and rigorously test agentic solution prototypes against actual P&C use cases.

• Offer constructive insights to enhance the prototypes.

• Develop market-ready materials, including collateral, messaging, presentations, narratives, and proof points.

• Train account managers and client executives on agentic offerings.

• Enable account managers to successfully bring solutions to market.

• Attend client meetings as necessary; front-line sales discussions occur onshore.

• Incorporate insights from prototypes, account managers, and market trends into go-to-market (GTM) positioning and strategy.

• Oversee the coordination of build and GTM initiatives, including ownership, timelines, and dependencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent field.

• 10 to 12 years of relevant professional experience.

• Extensive knowledge of property and casualty insurance, covering claims, underwriting, and carrier economics.

• Ability to gain credibility in educating account managers and senior insurance stakeholders.

• Authentic understanding of AI and agentic solutions.

• Capacity to critically analyze prototypes and evaluate their applicability in real workflows.

• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.

• Proficient in creating clear collateral, messaging, and presentations.

• Inquisitive nature and a research-oriented mindset.

• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
