This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Act as the operations business manager for the Central region.
• Collaborate with Area Sales leadership as a trusted partner, aiding in business reviews, strategic planning, operational efficiency, and other critical initiatives.
• Utilize expertise in Area business trends, pricing, rebates, and contracts to provide actionable analyses and insights through thorough assessments and diligent account evaluations.
• Produce strategic insights for management decisions through ad hoc analyses, reporting, and scenario modeling.
• Aggregate and convert complex data and analyses into presentations that clearly communicate results, recommendations, and insights to management.
• Oversee Sales Enablement platforms, managing systems onboarding, technical troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive strategic sales enablement initiatives through collaboration with Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Training, Physician Training, and IT.
• Implement and enhance customer segmentation models.
• Promote the utilization and effectiveness of cross-functional customer-facing programs.
• Design, deliver, and provide training on customer-facing and internal sales tools.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study, with 10 years of prior related experience in sales operations, business strategy, and/or financial planning, or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria.
• Willingness to work local hours in the Area.
• Willingness to travel a minimum of 30%.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to convey technical concepts clearly and concisely in both written and presentation formats.
• Capability to present information and address questions from all organizational levels.
• Strong business acumen along with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with a proven ability to engage clients.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Competence in managing project timelines and a demonstrated accountability to commitments.
• Must be able to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced technical proficiency with tools like Excel.
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Ability to adapt to proprietary systems like Salesforce.com (SFDC).
