This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of how revenue is forecasted, evaluated, and managed throughout the entire commercial framework.
• Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and liaise with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and the executive team.
• Revamp the sales infrastructure to create repeatable processes, dependable data, and a clear operational rhythm.
• Spearhead annual go-to-market forecasting from the ground up across all revenue streams.
• Manage forecasting methodologies for new business, renewals, and expansion revenue.
• Conduct weekly forecast reviews and ensure executive visibility into accuracy, risks, opportunities, and pipeline health.
• Direct territory design, quota planning, and sales capacity planning initiatives.
• Reconcile sales forecasts with Finance, board reporting requirements, and investor expectations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor pipeline performance, forecast achievement, sales productivity, and overall commercial health.
• Define and track sales performance metrics, providing actionable analyses.
• Assess sales initiatives, programs, and investments, recommending enhancements as needed.
• Oversee pricing approvals, deal desk functions, CPQ operations, and channel MDF programs.
• Assist with sales compensation planning, modeling, administration, and program effectiveness.
• Create scalable quote-to-close processes while ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Manage the administration and optimization strategy for Salesforce, CPQ, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and related revenue platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to enhance integrations, automate workflows, improve reporting, and increase user adoption.
• Streamline sales processes and reduce operational friction throughout the revenue lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Marketing on lead quality, pipeline generation, funnel performance, and shared metrics.
• Work alongside Customer Success, Finance, and executive leadership to align priorities and enhance performance.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and transformation initiatives through systems integration, reporting, compensation, and process harmonization.
• Establish a consistent operating cadence that promotes accountability, visibility, and informed decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing Revenue Operations team.
• Develop scalable processes, tools, and operating models that facilitate growth without unnecessary increases in headcount.
• Encourage accountability, continuous improvement, and a customer-centric approach.
• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations within the software, SaaS, or subscription-based sectors.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, including building and nurturing high-performing operations teams.
• Proven track record in managing forecasting, planning, analytics, sales systems, territory design, compensation support, and executive reporting.
• Extensive experience in supporting direct sales, channel and distribution partnerships, enterprise sales, renewals, and expansion efforts.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ.
• Familiarity with Salesloft, ZoomInfo, NetSuite or similar ERP systems, and Adaptive or Anaplan or comparable planning platforms.
• Highly proficient in Excel.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience developing forecasting methodologies that stand up to executive, board, and financial scrutiny.
• Strong business acumen linking operational metrics to commercial outcomes and revenue performance.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including partnership with senior executives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and highly accountable business setting.
• Experience in a private equity-backed software company is preferred.
• Background in supporting board reporting, value creation initiatives, carveouts, business transformations, or integration efforts is a plus.
• Familiarity with pricing strategy, channel program management, MDF governance, or deal desk leadership.
• Experience in supporting M&A diligence and post-acquisition Revenue Operations integration.
