• Drive Strategic Impact
• Act as the primary analyst for enterprise accounts, leveraging analytical skills to convert data into actionable strategies that foster measurable growth.
• Generate insights that link actionable findings to client results.
• Anticipate industry trends and position our analytics solutions in advance of market shifts.
• Own Client Delivery and Execution
• Manage diverse client portfolios across multiple industries, ensuring high-quality analytics delivery, stakeholder alignment, and quantifiable outcomes.
• Define and promote analytical approaches, standards, and reusable methodologies that enhance consistency and scalability across client engagements.
• Innovate and Evolve Our Offerings
• Advocate for top-tier analytics capabilities, automation, and cutting-edge technologies to sustain a competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Strategy, and Product leadership to refine analytics offerings that enhance client value and drive company growth.
• Shape cross-functional priorities by voicing the client analytics perspective in collaborative sessions and planning discussions, steering decisions through data and well-articulated recommendations.
• Inspire and Elevate the Culture
• Exemplify a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning through your contributions, standards, and collaborative efforts.
• Over 8 years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, or related domains.
• Strong technical expertise.
• More than 5 years of experience with email, mobile, and related channel data sets.
• Solid commercial acumen and experience in influencing or leading revenue-generating initiatives.
• Profound understanding of analytics methodologies, tools, and technologies with a practical, business-first approach.
• Ability to collaborate closely with internal business strategists to align insights with their strategic narratives.
• Capacity to establish technical vision and standards for analytics.
• Proficiency in creating and promoting the adoption of automation, scalable frameworks, and advanced methodologies, including AI-driven tools.
