This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee projects from start to finish: including discovery, requirements gathering, KPI alignment, and proactive management of scope and risks.
• Design and implement Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (Adobe Analytics, CJA, AEP/RT-CDP, AJO, Target) following industry best practices.
• Take ownership of measurement and solution design: including SDRs, variable mapping, tracking plans, attribution, and frameworks based on customer journeys.
• Create and execute data architecture (event-driven data layers, Web SDK) with thorough quality assurance processes.
• Formulate MarTech roadmaps and conduct analytics maturity evaluations linked to business results.
• Synthesize online and offline data to facilitate unified profiles, segmentation, and activation strategies.
• Assess and recommend analytics platforms in terms of capabilities, performance, security, and suitability.
• Implement consent and data governance practices in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA (via TMS, OneTrust).
• Ensure high-quality delivery through standardized review processes and scalable quality assurance.
• Foster trusted relationships with senior clients and serve as the escalation point for any delivery challenges.
• Allocate project resources effectively; match internal and contractor skills while monitoring output quality.
• Mentor and guide practitioners, providing ongoing technical support and constructive feedback.
• Define and refine practice strategies, delivery methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Promote innovation and AI-enhanced analytics (predictive insights, segmentation, journey orchestration, reporting improvement, next-best-action); keep abreast of industry trends.
• Transform partner (especially Adobe) roadmaps and investments into service offerings and client solutions; assist with go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Revenue (discovery, solution crafting, estimation, proposals), work across functions, and represent Northern at industry and partner events.
• Over 8 years of experience delivering enterprise analytics within agency or consulting settings; successfully managed multiple concurrent projects.
• Expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud: Adobe Analytics, CJA; strong knowledge of AEP/Real-Time CDP; practical understanding of AJO, Target, and Campaign.
• Proficient in solution architecture and implementation: Web SDK, event-driven data layers, tracking design, attribution, journey measurement, and rigorous quality assurance.
• Skilled in data integration: bringing together online and offline sources for comprehensive customer insights, segmentation, and activation.
• Knowledgeable in governance and privacy: tag management, consent management, and adherence to GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA regulations.
• Familiarity with complementary tools: Experience with GA4, Google Marketing Platform, Looker Studio.
• Strategic thinker: Develop MarTech roadmaps and maturity assessments; propose solutions that align with business, technical, and security requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills: Mentor practitioners; capable of executive-level storytelling; support solution design, scoping, and proposal development.
