Senior Manager, AI Transformation – Process Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead transformation initiatives across the enterprise by collaborating with executive leadership to create scalable operating models.

• Promote continuous improvement utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and strategic business consulting methodologies.

• Identify, prioritize, and assist in the implementation of AI, automation, and digital solutions, including generative AI, AI Agents, RPA, and workflow automation.

• Provide support for enterprise governance concerning AI and automation, which includes establishing standards, prioritization criteria, business cases, risk management, and benefit realization.

• Advocate for change management, communication strategies, training, and knowledge management initiatives.

• Evaluate and maintain business value through the development of KPIs, ROI tracking, performance dashboards, and executive reports.

• Conduct strategic Kaizen workshops and facilitate cross-functional team sessions.

• Leverage data and metrics to identify trends, assess success, and offer recommendations.

• Analyze workflows and processes to implement enhancements that improve operational efficiency.

• Foster and encourage a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with the Global Distribution Group Executive Leadership Team, business functions, and technology teams.

• Report directly to the Sr Director, Process Excellence.

• May provide training and mentorship to less experienced TSMs and oversee vendor relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.

• Typically requires 10 or more years of progressive experience in process excellence, consulting, business transformation, or operational excellence.

• Experience in AI, automation, and digital transformation is essential.

• Proven track record of leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives.

• Experience in leading enterprise process transformation and operational excellence initiatives.

• Strong skills in business consulting and executive facilitation.

• Experience utilizing AI solutions, generative AI, automation platforms, RPA, workflow automation, or process mining.

• Experience in evaluating AI, automation, or RPA opportunities and crafting business cases.

• Understanding of change management and organizational adoption methodologies.

• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on leveraging data to inform business decisions.

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

• Experience collaborating across various business functions and engaging with executive stakeholders.

• Expertise in project and portfolio management.

• Financial acumen with the ability to quantify business value and ROI.

• Strong collaboration skills across business teams, IT, Finance, and Shared Services.

• A Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.

• A Master’s degree or global equivalent is preferred.

• May possess two or more industry certifications.
