This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of the AI product roadmap for the GTM apps team, ensuring alignment with business OKRs and AI strategy.
• Discover AI opportunities within Lead-to-Cash and customer success processes through the facilitation of business workshops, ideation sessions, and executive meetings.
• Define, prioritize, and refine the backlog for agentic workflows, including autonomous agents, AI-assisted workflows, and LLM integrations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success platforms.
• Convert business requirements into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
• Make informed Build Vs Buy decisions regarding Agentic capabilities within a complex application environment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish and monitor AI-specific KPIs, such as model accuracy, agent task completion rate, hallucination rate, business ROI, data privacy compliance, fairness reviews, and responsible use policies.
• Design and promote prompt engineering standards and context-window optimization strategies across GTM features.
• Work alongside Data and Analytics teams to ensure GTM data is AI-ready: clean, structured, and governed for access.
• Advocate for AI-first product thinking and drive AI adoption metrics throughout the GTM IT organization.
• Integrate Agentic AI and LLM-powered tools as a fundamental aspect of your practice.
• Stay updated with rapidly advancing AI/ML technologies and apply them effectively within GTM systems.
• Promote automation-first thinking — if a task can be agentic, ensure it is.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in enterprise SaaS or GTM technology with an emphasis on AI.
• Demonstrated success in delivering AI or automation products from inception to completion.
• Strong grasp of GTM business processes such as Lead-to-Cash, CPQ, CRM, and Marketing Automation.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, or AI workflow platforms.
• Familiarity with RAG architecture, prompt engineering patterns, and LLM API capabilities (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, SaaS Agents).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments working with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in uncertain conditions, as AI features are probabilistic rather than deterministic.
