Senior Manager, Advisory Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Lead and expand the Advisory Services practice.

• Create service offerings, delivery methodologies, and operational standards.

• Supervise the effective delivery of advisory engagements.

• Ensure projects are finalized on schedule, within scope, and in accordance with client expectations.

• Recruit, mentor, and nurture consulting professionals.

• Oversee resource allocation, utilization, forecasting, and the profitability of the practice.

• Create reusable templates, playbooks, and compliance accelerators.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or consulting.

• 3+ years of experience leading teams, programs, or service lines.

• Extensive knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, continuous monitoring, and security authorization processes.

• Proven experience managing customer engagements and consulting delivery teams.

• Excellent executive communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with FedRAMP 20X, DoD RMF, GovRAMP, CMMC, and similar frameworks.

• Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CGRC.
