This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, mentor, and nurture various Wealth Advisory Practices catering to Empower Private Client.
• Set clear expectations for performance, culture, communication, and client experience.
• Conduct performance management through regular check-ins, call evaluations, performance assessments, coaching, and compensation recommendations.
• Ensure practices are accountable for client retention, asset consolidation, client satisfaction, and relationship enhancement.
• Assist with client onboarding and acquisition initiatives.
• Cultivate high-performing teams through advisor training, education, and leadership development.
• Identify opportunities to improve the Private Client experience and collaborate with other teams to enhance results and service delivery.
• Create and refine reporting, metrics, and insights to ensure visibility, accountability, decision-making, and performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design advisor training and set standards for client communication and education.
• Guarantee effective staffing, practice coverage, and continuity.
• Transform strategic priorities into actionable plans and drive their execution.
• Recruit and select talent that aligns with the organizational culture and Private Client service standards.
• Monitor performance metrics related to practice effectiveness, client retention, asset consolidation, client satisfaction, and advisor performance.
• Work alongside leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on operational and strategic initiatives to support the growth and effectiveness of Empower Private Client.
• Bachelor's degree or significant industry experience.
• 7+ years of experience in financial services relationship management, leading high-net-worth or private wealth advisory teams.
• Proven experience in leading and developing senior career professionals.
• Required FINRA Series 7, 66, 63, 65, and Series 24 registrations.
• FINRA Fingerprinting is mandatory.
• In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of investment products and services pertinent to high-net-worth clients.
• Demonstrated expertise in relationship management and client experience within the financial services sector.
• Ability to assess, compare, and clearly communicate the advantages and suitability of investment options and solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of retail investment services, encompassing front-office operations, client suitability, product personalization, maintenance, client experience, and retention.
• Familiarity with investment advisory client operations, including account setup, ACATS transfers, IRA distributions, and associated servicing activities.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills grounded in quantitative data and qualitative insights.
• Excellent operational, organizational, and follow-through abilities, capable of managing complexity and driving execution.
• Capacity to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, translating strategy into actionable steps.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Applicants must be eligible to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• CFP® certification is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple advisory practices, teams, or cohorts within a complex financial services environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with using data, reporting, and performance metrics to enhance advisor effectiveness, client retention, asset consolidation, and client satisfaction is preferred.
