Senior Manager, Accounting – Consolidations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Consolidations team

• Integrate the company's financial data in compliance with US GAAP

• Guarantee the precision and promptness of financial information

• Evaluate and authorize monthly consolidated adjustment entries

• Review quarterly consolidated accounting schedules submitted by various segments

• Reconcile and analyze intercompany accounts

• Assist in the preparation and verification of external financial documents, including SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, Earnings Releases)

• Facilitate internal and external audit requests

• Aid in the implementation of OneStream consolidation software

• Provide on-demand reports and analyses to Compliance, Tax, Financial Planning, and Investor Relations

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 10 years of relevant experience

• In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of relevant experience is required

• CPA with an active license (preferred, but not mandatory)

• Familiarity with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Workiva (WDesk) (preferred)

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Self-motivated individual with a mindset geared towards continuous improvement

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills with personnel at all organizational levels

• Positive demeanor, enthusiasm, flexibility, and adaptability

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Exceptional organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks
