This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance the BlackLine Intercompany Create, Balance & Resolve, and Net & Settle processes.
• Provide support for intercompany templates, workflows, matching rules, dispute management, and transaction automation.
• Collaborate with global process owners to ensure compliant, precise, and timely settlements among entities.
• Diagnose intercompany transaction problems, data inconsistencies, and workflow impediments.
• Develop future-state intercompany processes utilizing automation, AI recommendations, and improved controls.
• Administer the BlackLine platform, including configuration, user management, roles, permissions, and workflows.
• Mentor and coach offshore team members on BlackLine modules.
• Oversee data integrations, scheduling, and data quality controls across ERP and source systems.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration standards, and operational procedures.
• Provide end-user support, guidance, and best practices to global teams.
• Assist in the deployment of Intercompany Accounting, Studio 360, and Agentic AI.
• Collaborate with program leadership, Finance SMEs, system integrators, and technical teams on design and implementation.
• Support functional, integration, and UAT testing activities.
• Facilitate change management, training deployment, and communication efforts.
• Engage in the redesign of the financial close process and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor hypercare support post-go-live to ensure swift issue triaging and stabilization.
• Minimal travel for candidates in the Hartford area; up to 25% travel during project phases for non-local candidates.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant RTX experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience.
• A minimum of 5 years demonstrating a strong grasp of financial close processes, particularly intercompany accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• At least 5 years of experience with system implementations or significant enhancement projects.
• Minimum 5 years showcasing strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in BlackLine administration or equivalent financial systems experience.
• Experience with BlackLine project deployments, particularly in Intercompany Accounting, Matching, Journals, or AI-driven workflows.
• Familiarity with Studio 360 configuration concepts.
• Understanding of SAP data structures and integration points.
• Prior experience with RTX intercompany processes is highly beneficial.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
