This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Achieve and surpass commercial revenue targets through a team of Account Managers dedicated to developing and retaining current commercial accounts.
• Establish and optimize pipeline objectives (both inbound and outbound), ensuring that KPIs are in line with organizational and revenue goals.
• Ensure consistent application of Motive’s sales methodologies, collaborating with sales operations to guarantee CRM alignment, training, and coaching initiatives.
• Mentor your team on prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing commercial accounts, assisting them in meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Execute and sustain disciplined pipeline planning, working alongside leadership for precise forecasting.
• Supervise the effective utilization of Motive’s product suite (VG, Dashcam, Motive Card, and new solutions), emphasizing best practices in negotiation and value positioning.
• Guide Account Executives through regular call reviews, deal strategy discussions, and performance assessments to continually improve sales effectiveness.
• Offer leadership with clear forecasts and trend analyses, identifying growth prospects and potential risks within the Commercial segment.
• Step in when necessary to assist with demos and negotiate more intricate or higher-value Commercial agreements.
• 5+ years of experience in international sales (experience in the US market is highly preferred).
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in sales leadership (managing or mentoring teams), preferably in a tech or product-oriented setting.
• A strong history in B2B sales involving moderate to complex deal structures.
• Outstanding contractual and negotiation capabilities, effective at mid-tier transaction sizes.
• Expertise in pipeline management and holding teams accountable for precise forecasting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; comfortable inspiring and guiding a diverse commercial team.
• A resourceful mindset, skilled at thriving in fast-paced and uncertain market conditions.
