This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with account management representatives to ensure they possess a thorough understanding of client needs and how Absorb can support their objectives, ultimately enhancing net dollar retention.
β’ Oversee and report on essential weekly and monthly operational metrics for both team and individual performance.
β’ Work alongside the marketing team to pinpoint campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads and expanding the pipelines of account managers.
β’ Cultivate a trusted advisory relationship with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors to uncover additional sales opportunities within the account.
β’ Recruit, onboard, and develop a top-tier account management team.
β’ Lead the account management team and facilitate client communications utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Inbox AI, Atlassian Suite, and Zendesk.
β’ Actively engage in department-wide initiatives by taking part in cross-functional projects, sharing expertise, and supporting strategic priorities that improve operational efficiency and team collaboration.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience leading Enterprise Sales/Account Management teams.
β’ Proven experience managing a gross revenue quota ranging from $15-20M+ annually.
β’ Strong familiarity and success in negotiating deals exceeding $100k in Annual Contract Value (ACV).
β’ A hands-on leadership approach, exemplifying best practices and emphasizing team development.
β’ A solid grasp of how to formulate account plans and monitor individual performance and outcomes against those plans.
β’ A history of accurately forecasting your team's pipeline and proactively identifying trends and patterns.
β’ An analytical mindset, capable of transforming metrics into informed decisions and presenting data in a compelling and effective manner.
