This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance machine learning models for AI-driven product features that involve 3D geometry, multimodal AI, and generative AI.

• Create and sustain scalable data pipelines and machine learning workflows for tasks such as data preparation, model training, evaluation, and inference.

• Work with intricate datasets and representations to facilitate model training, evaluation, and analysis.

• Develop and execute evaluation methodologies, benchmarks, and experiments to assess model performance, robustness, and quality.

• Collaborate with researchers and developers to convert experimental concepts into scalable, production-ready product functionalities.

• Establish and manage MLOps workflows that support model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing enhancement.

• Evaluate model performance, recognize failure modes, and implement enhancements to improve model accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.

• Document and share technical designs, experimental outcomes, and findings with collaborators and leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or comparable industry experience.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in developing machine learning solutions.

• Proven experience throughout the machine learning lifecycle, encompassing research, data pipelines, model training, evaluation, MLOps, and production deployment.

• Familiarity with research or experimental settings that have changing requirements.

• Proficient in modern deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face).

• Experience with computational geometry and 3D data (e.g., meshes, B-Rep models).

• Skilled in working with complex data representations, including 2D and 3D geometry.

• Experience in version control, reproducibility, and deploying machine learning models.

• Hands-on experience leveraging modern AI/GenAI tools to enhance software development, experimentation, or machine learning workflows.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
