Junior & Senior Quantum Engineer – Quantum Machine Learning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create QML quantum algorithms

• Bundle quantum solutions into callable services for client platforms and/or projects

• Investigate encodings and use cases of industry challenges for current quantum computers

• Design and execute quantum machine learning algorithms

• Assist in the development and benchmarking of QML models on both simulators and actual quantum hardware

• Enhance quantum algorithm engineering, focusing on circuit depth reduction, problem encoding, and hardware implementation

• Prepare quantum solutions for deployment on the client platform

• Sustain existing services and the services delivered to clients

• Continuously advance the productization process of quantum solutions

• Collaborate with quantum algorithm engineers and software developers

• Integrate work into the company’s technology productization efforts

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field

• Extensive experience with quantum algorithms and quantum computing libraries

• Proficient in Python programming

• Familiarity with Git and CI-CD Pipeline

• Professional-level experience in code development

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Capability to work within a cross-disciplinary team

• Knowledge of quantum error correction and noise mitigation strategies

• Experience with classical machine learning and optimization techniques, as well as their quantum equivalents
