Senior Machine Learning, AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical consultant, overseeing and executing comprehensive AI/ML project implementations in direct collaboration with clients.

• Convert intricate business challenges into effective technical solutions.

• Communicate technical insights, proposals, and project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Design, construct, and sustain production-level AI/ML pipelines utilizing CI/CD and advanced MLOps/AIOps methodologies.

• Develop and enhance Generative and Agentic AI applications, which include multi-agent orchestration, agent assessment, and RAG systems.

• Architect comprehensive traditional Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions tailored to client specifications.

• Oversee production deployment infrastructure utilizing Docker, pipeline orchestrators, and lakehouse databases like Databricks.

• Utilize distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark for scalable machine learning and efficient data processing.

• Contribute to the strategic expansion of the AI FDE Practice through technical initiatives and knowledge dissemination.

• Document and report client interactions and training activities via specified partner platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in developing, deploying, and managing Generative/Agentic AI or Machine Learning systems, with essential experience in productionizing and maintaining models in a live setting.

• At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing consulting or solutions architect role with a focus on technical implementation and delivery.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficiency in MLOps lifecycle management, encompassing model versioning, testing, monitoring, and automated deployment best practices.

• Experience in infrastructure management, including containerization through Docker and orchestration of data pipelines.

• Strong expertise in Python for data-intensive and scalable AI/ML applications.

• Proven dedication to continuous learning in the evolving fields of AI/ML.
