SDE III – Conversational AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement conversational workflows within Conversational AI platforms.

• Assist in the iterative design of Conversational NLU/NLP and leverage data to suggest enhancements across various releases.

• Identify the data required for comprehensive metrics that evaluate application performance.

• Grasp the data structures that deliver insights to chatbot applications.

• Actively and constructively engage in Agile team meetings and application evaluations.

• Collaborate directly with business, product, and engineering leaders across the organization.

• Expand your understanding of Conversational AI principles and support applications throughout their entire lifecycle.

• Examine intricate technical challenges and work in partnership with teams and stakeholders.

• Remain informed about the latest features, technologies, and trends in the industry.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-12 years of pertinent software development experience.

• Proficient in implementing conversational workflows in platforms like Cognigy, Yellow.AI, Kore.AI, Lex, LUIS, Google Dialogflow, and IBM Watson.

• Strong expertise in programming with Node.js or Python.

• Experience with API integrations, managing complex logic, optimizing code, and conducting impact analysis.

• Background in supporting iterative designs for Conversational NLU/NLP.

• Capability to analyze data and propose enhancements across multiple releases.

• Ability to determine the data necessary for thorough application performance metrics.

• Understanding of data structures that inform chatbot applications.

• Certification in any Conversational AI platform, including Cognigy, Yellow.AI, Kore.AI, Lex, LUIS, Google Dialogflow, or IBM Watson.

• Competence in analyzing complex technical issues and collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders.

• Dedication to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest features, technologies, and industry trends.

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.

• Experience in Agile teams focused on iterative development.

• Proficiency in utilizing project management tools like JIRA for issue tracking and team collaboration.

• Willingness to work from 2 pm to 11 pm IST.
