Senior M&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Play an essential role in advancing Rehlko’s comprehensive Business Development initiatives.

• Assist the Manager and Director of Business Development in delivering strategic guidance.

• Aid in the identification and qualification of potential acquisition targets, divestiture options, and significant partnership opportunities.

• Collaborate with the sustainability team to align with and realize Rehlko’s sustainability goals.

• Gather, analyze, and disseminate sales and other relevant data to generate insights for competitive advantage.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in finance, economics, business administration, or other quantitatively focused fields.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

• Experience in management consulting or investment banking is favored.

• Proficiency in developing and maintaining financial models is preferred.

• Familiarity with power and/or industrial goods products and service offerings is preferred.
