Senior LS Product Integration Analyst

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete implementation and integration processes for new products, platforms, and technologies.

• Collaborate with business leaders to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement, automation, and technology enablement.

• Assess business requirements and convert them into actionable plans for implementation.

• Align with operational, technical, compliance, and executive stakeholders.

• Independently lead high-profile, enterprise-wide projects.

• Create project plans, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and materials for executive reporting.

• Coordinate activities among departments, vendors, and technology teams.

• Ensure timely project delivery that remains within scope and is aligned with business goals.

• Assist in the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of AI-driven solutions and emerging technologies.

• Conduct business impact assessments and develop recommendations for executives.

• Identify technology use cases that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and decision-making capabilities.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Collect and document business requirements, operational workflows, and process deficiencies.

• Perform impact analyses and propose solution design recommendations.

• Develop business cases and ROI analyses.

• Prepare executive presentations, status updates, and strategic recommendations.

• Present findings, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.

• Collaborate with vendors and technology partners during evaluation and implementation phases.

• Oversee project deliverables and vendor performance.

• Facilitate issue resolution and manage escalations.

• Support organizational readiness and devise implementation strategies to optimize adoption and business value.

• Assist with training, communications, and post-launch support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in product management, business analysis, project management, implementation management, technology delivery, or similar fields.

• Proven experience in independently managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.

• Experience engaging with senior executives and presenting recommendations to leadership teams.

• Proficiency in gathering requirements, conducting process analysis, and driving solution implementations.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting AI, automation, machine learning, digital transformation, or innovation initiatives.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

• Preferred: Experience with enterprise software implementations, SaaS platforms, or system integrations.

• Preferred: Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, CSPO, or similar.

• Preferred: Background in mortgage servicing, mortgage origination, financial services, fintech, or banking industries.

• Preferred: Experience with vendor management and partnerships with third-party technology providers.
