This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the daily operations and logistics execution of our organization.
• Take ownership of essential operational workstreams related to outbound logistics, retailer fulfillment, and management of distribution centers.
• Ensure the efficient movement of products from our third-party warehouses to customers and retail partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for our distribution center (DC) partners, with a focus on outbound logistics (shipping to retailers).
• Guarantee timely order fulfillment across designated retail partners and sales channels, providing exemplary service.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure adherence to procedures for inventory, warehouse operations, and fulfillment & transportation costs.
• Assist in maintaining and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs), vendor guidelines, routing guides, and other operational documentation.
• Support the ongoing development of best practices, tools, and processes in outbound logistics.
• Analyze operational data to uncover trends, assess performance, and aid in achieving key operational KPIs, such as retailer chargebacks and claims management.
• Promote continuous enhancements to 3PL warehouse fulfillment processes to boost efficiency, lower costs, and elevate on-time delivery rates.
• Collaborate across functions to enhance operational processes and overall business performance.
• Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates and improvements.
• Gain insights into inbound logistics and provide backup support when necessary.
• Oversee retailer chargebacks by reviewing dispute claims, identifying root causes, coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, and helping to prevent future issues.
• Evaluate shipping records and transaction data to verify claims and identify areas for process enhancement.
• Keep documentation that ensures operational consistency and strengthens relationships with retailers and vendors.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or fulfillment within the CPG sector, encompassing both ecommerce and brick-and-mortar retail.
• Practical experience with 3PL warehouses, distribution centers, and B2B order management.
• Strong comprehension of supply chain operations, including inventory management, warehouse functions, freight logistics, and retailer order fulfillment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite is advantageous), warehouse management systems, and advanced Excel skills.
• Data-oriented with the ability to analyze operational metrics to identify trends, resolve issues, and enhance processes.
• Capable of taking ownership of tasks, following through on action items, and independently managing priorities in a dynamic, fully remote setting.
• Enjoys exploring operational challenges, pinpointing root causes, and implementing effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, retailers, warehouses, and external partners.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where priorities may change rapidly, and comfortable adapting as the business evolves.
• Enthusiastic about the potential for career advancement in operations with increasing levels of ownership and responsibility.
