This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
β’ Oversee and address the complete process of employee exits across various international jurisdictions.
β’ Offer guidance and manage client inquiries related to diverse HR issues.
β’ Lead and facilitate discussions with clients and external team members.
β’ Influence and negotiate favorable outcomes in complex termination cases.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to offboarding procedures.
β’ Draft, customize, and manage all termination and supplementary documentation.
β’ Handle offboarding within Remote's internal HRIS platform, working alongside different stakeholders.
β’ Serve as the subject-matter expert, responding to internal and external inquiries regarding offboarding issues.
β’ Evaluate workplace concerns and work with stakeholders to coordinate solutions.
β’ Background as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner, with a generalist understanding of HR functions and experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
β’ Demonstrated experience in managing both voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance, alongside providing HR support and guidance on employment laws across various jurisdictions.
β’ Capacity to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR challenges, conduct research, provide practical solutions, and communicate recommendations effectively.
β’ Basic knowledge of employee relations principles, progressive discipline methods, and the fundamentals of workplace investigations.
β’ Exceptional communication, influencing, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities.
β’ Advanced business-level proficiency in written and spoken English, with additional languages being a valuable asset.
β’ Eagerness to innovate and enhance processes, consistently identifying and implementing automation opportunities.
β’ Technologically adept, with the ability to collaborate asynchronously using various tools.
β’ Capability to work independently and as part of an international team in a fast-paced, asynchronous, remote environment.
