
Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist users in discovering, adopting, and continuously deriving value from Wistia’s video and webinar platform.
• Take ownership of the strategy and implementation of 1:many and 1:few lifecycle programs, primarily utilizing email.
• Promote product adoption, feature awareness, and readiness for cross-sell/purchase among trial and customer audiences.
• Create and enhance trigger-based, behavior-driven email programs.
• Analyze the customer database to uncover underserved segments, under-engaged users, and unexplored lifecycle opportunities.
• Design a customer delight program that rewards customers and transforms them into brand advocates.
• Collaborate with the Content team to identify gaps and shape the content roadmap.
• Integrate lifecycle email with events, webinars, product marketing, launches, and feature releases.
• Work alongside Marketing Operations on HubSpot strategy and architecture.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance the sophistication, output, segmentation, and experimentation of email programs.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to adoption, engagement, and readiness for cross-selling.
• Convert customer-behavior data into actionable recommendations for broader marketing investments.
• Collaborate with Content, Growth Marketing, Growth Product, Marketing Operations, and Customer Success teams.
• Over 9 years of experience in email and lifecycle marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of owning marketing strategy and program outcomes, beyond mere execution.
• Hands-on approach as an individual contributor.
• Significant practical experience with AI tools in content generation, segmentation logic, and experimentation.
• Extensive expertise in HubSpot, encompassing segmentation, automation workflows, dynamic content, and program-level architecture.
• Capability to co-manage HubSpot in partnership with a Marketing Operations colleague.
• Strong cross-functional influencing skills with teams in Content, Events, Webinars, Product Marketing, and Growth Product.
• Ability to build consensus and achieve results without direct authority.
• Authentic commitment to user advocacy.
• Strong analytical skills focused on funnel and engagement data.
• Experience with lifecycle programs aimed at adoption and engagement.
• Understanding of leveraging email to cultivate product habits and strengthen customer relationships.
• Experience with product-led growth (PLG) strategies is a significant advantage.
