This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +6 more states.
• Take ownership of the onX Hunt lifecycle conversion funnel, focusing on D7 and D30 conversions, free-to-paid upgrades, and reactivating lapsed users.
• Utilize Amplitude to extract insights, formulate hypotheses, and implement propensity models along with behavioral segmentation.
• Conduct rapid lifecycle experiments through email, push notifications, and in-app messaging using Braze.
• Create clear A/B tests, holdout tests, or validation tests and document the outcomes.
• Expand personalized messaging and collaborate with product, engineering, and BI teams to define personalization events and attributes.
• Analyze experiments and convey results, caveats, and null outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
• Work together with finance, brand and growth marketing, and Hunt creative teams to ensure alignment of programs with revenue objectives.
• Develop creative briefs and lightweight assets using Figma.
• Leverage Claude and similar AI tools to automate the production and analysis of campaigns.
• Integrate AI-powered workflows and experimentation into daily responsibilities.
• Guide junior lifecycle marketers and uphold shared testing standards.
• Report directly to the Manager of Growth and Lifecycle Marketing.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing is required, particularly in consumer subscription or mobile app sectors.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or an equivalent field is essential.
• Proven track record in designing, executing, analyzing, and documenting A/B tests that yield measurable improvements in conversion or retention rates.
• Strong grasp of user behavior and capability to derive insights using Amplitude or similar product analytics tools.
• Familiarity with propensity models and predictive targeting is necessary.
• Proficient with Braze or a similar CRM platform, Amplitude, Figma, and Claude or comparable AI tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing AI to create scalable skills and workflows.
• Ability to independently analyze and interpret analytics and experimentation results.
• A keen interest in exploring new technologies, especially AI.
• Capability to embody onX's Company Values.
• Permanent authorization to work in the US is required as a condition of employment.
• Willingness to travel quarterly for several days to a corporate office or other strategic onX locations.
• Familiarity with hunting culture or a passion for hunting and the outdoors is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Experience with Liquid templating or similar technologies is a plus.
• Background in collaborating with data science teams to implement propensity or churn models is advantageous.
• Experience in optimizing trial-based subscription funnels and paywalls is a bonus.
• Annual bonus of 10% contingent on company performance.
