Senior Liability Trial Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Represent clients of a distinguished commercial insurance provider

• Prepare and litigate moderate to high exposure General Liability and Commercial Auto cases

• Practice law in adherence to ethical standards

• Conduct initial investigations, perform legal analyses, and assess damages

• Draft and submit legal pleadings while managing pre-trial discovery

• Oversee hearings and trials, as well as execute post-trial activities

• Mentor junior attorneys and offer leadership throughout the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree

• 7+ years of experience in Litigation

• Active member in good standing of the Colorado State Bar

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe

• Familiarity with Lexis or Westlaw

• Understanding of the insurance sector, claims processes, and the legal landscape of insurance defense litigation
