Senior Legal Executive – General Counsel Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Delivering individualized coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions utilizing the Mento Platform and Tools.

• Engaging in continuous training sessions to enhance coaching skills and competencies.

• Interacting with members through your Mento email or via chat in the Mento App between sessions.

• Contributing as a vital member of the Mento coaching community by sharing coaching tools and insights, thereby improving our coaching practices and achieving our mission of empowering individuals to excel in careers they love.

• Demonstrating kindness, respect, and empathy as a representative of the Mento community.

⛳️ Requirements

• A General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, or other senior legal executive with over 20 years of experience leading legal teams in or related to the technology sector.

• A leader with pertinent experience in coaching individuals (coaching certification is advantageous but not mandatory).

• Someone eager to transform their leadership skills into impactful coaching abilities.

• Passionate about aiding individuals in their professional advancement to create satisfying careers and lives.

• A self-aware individual with high emotional intelligence who prioritizes creating a safe environment for others to be vulnerable.

• Enthusiastic about developing your coaching skills, bringing a growth mindset to the experience, no matter your coaching tenure.

• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced and ever-changing startup atmosphere.

• Committed to dedicating a minimum of 12+ hours each month to coaching at Mento for the next 24+ months.

• In addition to a flat hourly rate, we provide select bonuses that encourage engagement with our membership and growth within our community on the platform.

• You must be able to commit a minimum of three to five hours per week to Mento, irrespective of other obligations and any potential changes.

• You are expected to work with Mento for a minimum of 24 months to foster meaningful relationships with our members.
