Senior Legal Counsel – Wirtschaftsjurist, SaaS/M&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will serve as the legal engine, supporting our clients as if we are their own legal department.

• You will build trust, lead negotiations, manage contracts, ensure compliance, and navigate various legal areas while acting with a high degree of independence and responsibility.

• You will assist in the development and maintenance of our internal legal workflows, standard contracts, knowledge databases, and templates.

• You will contribute ideas on how we can enhance our work processes, tools, and interfaces.

• You will be actively involved in shaping our service architecture regarding how we take on, manage, and scale client mandates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A first legal state examination or a comparable degree (e.g., Master's in Business Law) with above-average grades.

• At least 3–6 years of professional experience, ideally within a legal department or in-house environment.

• Experience in contract law, data protection, compliance, and preferably in labor law and corporate law.

• An interest in process optimization, tools, and automation.

• Ability to work independently, show initiative, and possess strong communication skills.

• Proficiency in German (C2) and fluent in English.
