Senior Legal Counsel, Contracts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Crafting, executing, and enhancing contract management procedures.

• Overseeing the complete delivery of legal projects and collaborating with stakeholders.

• Analyzing, drafting, and negotiating intricate and high-stakes commercial contracts.

• Offering strategic insights and risk-based evaluations of contractual clauses.

• Assisting and advising cross-functional teams on matters related to contracts.

• Facilitating strategic initiatives and the expansion of legal operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B., preferably with an LL.M.).

• More than 6 years of experience as a Legal Counsel or Senior Counsel within an international technology setting.

• Comprehensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements primarily governed by English law.

• Demonstrated expertise in legal process enhancement and contract lifecycle management systems.

• Strong grasp of data protection and privacy regulations, including GDPR.

• Preferred: Experience in IT, fintech, or regtech sectors; knowledge of AML/KYC and compliance principles.
