This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide counsel to a range of sophisticated and diverse clients, including cutting-edge global technology firms.

• Offer legal guidance to teams in Research & Development, Marketing and Engineering, Product Management, Advertising Sales, and Marketing & Communications from the early stages of product development through to launch.

• Assist business teams in achieving consensus on projects from design to launch, encompassing new features, products, services, and programs.

• Analyze global products, features, and platforms to deliver practical legal risk mitigation strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Stay informed about pertinent industry standards, data privacy, consumer protection, and advertising laws and regulations to ensure the ability to provide insightful and relevant legal advice.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience at a leading law firm and/or in an in-house department as product, technology, commercial, privacy, or IP counsel; engineers with a law degree are also welcome to apply.

• Proven experience managing complex projects.

• An active bar license for the state in which you physically reside.
